Annual Meeting

Thanks to all those who joined us for the Annual Nolin RECC Member-Owner Meeting!

Congratulations to Mr. Gene Straney and Mr. Lawrence Ireland on their election by our members to serve Districts 2 and District 6.

Congratulations to all those selected in our prize drawing!

The full business meeting can be viewed below

You, as a member-owner, have a say in how your cooperative operates. Members receive ballots in the mail to elect directors and the results are announced at the Annual Meeting. We invite you to participate in making decisions that affect all members. Annual meeting also features a business session to communicate with members about cooperative matters.

The annual meeting is also a time to meet the Nolin RECC employees who work for you. Take a few minutes to meet the line crew who restores power to your neighborhood after the big storm, or visit with the customer service representative who answers questions about your bill.

Nolin annual meetings are usually held in June, and all registered members are eligible for door prizes. We look forward to seeing you there.
