Economic growth in Hardin and surrounding counties is increasing the need for residences to house the workforce locating in the area. This has caused a noticeable increase in the residential developments around the Nolin service area.
Several of the larger developments are located in Nolin District 1:
Joule – Apartments, 228 units in section 1 and 336 units in section 2. In addition, Assisted living, 180 units located off South Wilson Road
The Enclave – Apartments, 302 units in 3 total buildings located on Clearwater Drive beside Menards in Elizabethtown
Robinbrooke Crossings – Apartments, 160 units in multiple buildings located on Robinbrooke Blvd.
Vista – townhomes, 6-8 units in 12 buildings. 84 new meters on the corner of West Lincoln Trail and Joe Prather Hwy
Cowley Crossings – development off Patriot Parkway near Phillips Grove. 69 new residential lots planned along with a new commercial development.
