
Concerned about mail delivery delays? We understand that delays in the delivery of mail can be frustrating – and while we don’t have control over those delivery delays, we do offer Nolin members many ways to manage and make a payment on your account without having to wait for a bill in the mail.
You can check your account balance and your payment due date, make a payment on your account and lots more by using one of our many other options:
- Nolin’s free SmartHub mobile app
- Nolin website www.nolinrecc.com
- Calling our office at 270-765-6153 (M-F 8-5pm) or calling after hours and using the automated system
- 24/7 payment kiosk at 101 West Lincoln Trail in Radcliff
- In person at our office at 411 Ring Rd in Elizabethtown during office hours (lobby and drive-thru)
Members can set up paperless bill notification delivered by text and/or email so that you are alerted as soon as a bill is available. You also have the option to set up an automated bank draft to make your payment on the same day every month.
