Nolin RECC has been continuously monitoring developments of the public health effort to contain the spread of the COVID-19. We are acutely aware that we must maintain a healthy workforce to meet the needs of our members. In an attempt to keep our employees safe and healthy, and reduce the chance of any employee or member becoming sick, we will be closing our lobbies to the public starting Monday, November 23, 2020.
“This is an effort to maintain a healthy workforce as well as protect our members. We understand how important it is that we can continue to provide service to our members and this is one effort we are making to do that,” says Communications Manager Sarah Fellows.
November 23rd, the drive-thru at both Nolin’s Radcliff and E’town locations will remain open, but the lobby and offices will be closed to non-essential personnel. Our employees will continue to serve our members in all the capacities that they normally do. This includes office personnel as well as crews in the field.
Members will be able to pay bills, start service, and all other necessary business through the drive-thru, Nolin’s free SmartHub app, the website, by phone or the night deposit. Anyone with questions regarding any of these options can call the office at 270-765-6153. We strongly encourage members with service requests to go through the E’town drive-thru or use our call center to do so to avoid drive-thru wait times. The Radcliff drive-thru should be used for payments only.
“We understand that this may cause an inconvenience to some of our members, but we are confident that we can work through this challenge together. We will continue to monitor the situation and will update our members as we know more about how long this situation will be necessary,” says Fellows.
