Annual Meeting

We hope you will join us for the 2025 Annual Nolin RECC Member-Owner Meeting June 18 and 19!

You, as a member-owner, have a say in how your cooperative operates. Members receive ballots in the mail to elect directors and the results are announced at the Annual Meeting. We invite you to participate in making decisions that affect all members.

Annual meeting features a business session to communicate with members about cooperative matters including the announcement of which directors have been elected. The annual meeting is also a time to meet the Nolin RECC employees who work for you. Take a few minutes to meet the line crew who restores power to your neighborhood after the big storm, or visit with the customer service representative who answers questions about your bill.

Nolin annual meetings are usually held in June, and all registered members are eligible for door prizes. We look forward to seeing you there
