Nolin RECC, A Touchstone Energy Cooperative, awards $13,000 in scholarship funds to local students each year. The cooperative provides electricity to over 35,000 members in Hardin, LaRue and seven surrounding counties. These scholarship opportunities are just one way Nolin helps promote education and growth in these communities.
We have several scholarship opportunities. Applications are available now and the deadline to apply is January 30, 2024. Student recipients of one of our $1500 scholarships will be selected in a random drawing from submitted applications at the Nolin RECC Member Advisory Council (MAC) meeting the evening of February 15, 2024. Students must be present to qualify for the drawing. Applicants will be mailed a letter with MAC meeting details once they have submitted their application.
