Development in Nolin RECC District 2 continues at a rapid pace as the area is growing to accommodate new residents and businesses.
Two significant additions to the district include 8 new Tesla chargers in the parking lot of Burger King near I-65 and a second section of “The Reserve at Cool Springs” under construction.

A new phase has broken ground in The Reserve at Cool Springs housing development. There are 120 units planned for this phase.
