Hazard/Public Safety Concern Report

Use this form to report non-outage hazards or public safety concerns. Please note that it is NOT for outage reporting and should only be used to report recognized hazards or public safety concerns related to Nolin RECC’s electrical distribution system. If your power is out and you have a photo of the issue or can take one at a safe distance, you can report the outage and attach a photo through SmartHub.
