Senate Bill 349 creates the Energy Planning and Inventory Commission, an 18-member group made up of representatives of utilities, policymakers and other experts to advise on Kentucky’s energy future.
The priority is to provide Kentuckians with safe, reliable and affordable electricity. This bill places reliability in the forefront and gives Kentucky a way to make our own decisions about insuring a responsible mix of energy sources.
